Interim Finance Director | Charity | Circa £60,000 per annum
Hybrid working Swansea/Cardiff
My client, a dynamic and fast paced charity with an excellent reputation for service delivery, is seeking an Interim Finance Director.
The role:
Support and lead the finance team in the preparation of monthly and quartlery management accounts.
Produce and present Board reports and provide sound governance and assurance.
Work closely with the exec team to ensure that strategic goals can be acheived and are manageable and sustainable for the business.
Be a strong sounding board for business process improvement across all operations and advise and lead on change, where improvements can be made.
Be an excellent leader, with strong communication and motivation skills.
Skills, experience:
Qualified accountant with minimum of 5 years PQE
Proven experience of maintaining robust financial control, through periods of change and growth.
Strong leadership skills, lead by example, bring your personality to the role
