Are you an experienced Financial Accountant looking for your next interim challenge? We are working with a high growth manufacturing business seeking a skilled professional to support during a critical period.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the production of statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant financial reporting standards.

Manage the external audit process, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors and addressing queries effectively.

Provide technical accounting expertise, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, review, and validate key financial data.

Reconcile complex accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Assist in preparing financial statements and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Provide financial insight and recommendations to senior management based on audit findings or statutory requirements.

Support ad hoc finance projects, such as system implementations or process improvements, as required.

About You:

Proven experience in statutory accounts preparation and audit management, ideally within the manufacturing sector.

Strong technical accounting skills, with a solid understanding of IFRS or UK GAAP.

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
