A growing SME backed by an international group is seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to provide leadership and stability during a key period of transition.

You'll take ownership of the finance function-managing reporting, cash flow, payroll, and supplier payments-while supporting an Accounts Assistant and leading a small admin team. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone confident stepping into a fast-paced SME environment.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (or equivalent experience)

• Strong SME and group reporting background

• Proficient in Sage 50 and Excel

• Calm, pragmatic, and available to start immediately
