Interim FP&A Consultant

Interim FP&A SupportLocation: Herefordshire
Duration: Approx. 2-3 months
The RoleHays is exclusively partnering with a well-established business to recruit an interim finance professional to join their team for approximately 2-3 months. This is a hands-on, varied role covering:

Maintaining and updating complex spreadsheets, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
Analysing financial and operational data, investigating variances and identifying trends where required
Producing regular and ad hoc reports to support the finance team and wider business
Assisting with data gathering, validation and reconciliation activities
Reviewing existing spreadsheets and reporting tools, suggesting process improvements where appropriate
Working closely with colleagues across the business to obtain and verify financial information
Assisting with finance projects and business initiatives as required
Providing flexible support to the wider finance team during a busy period
Using advanced Excel functions including PivotTables, V/XLOOKUPs and SUMIFSThis role sits outside month-end responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone who wants to focus purely on analytical and Excel-based work without the month-end reporting cycle.
