Interim FP&A Manager

We are supporting a well-established group in the Harrogate area that is looking to appoint an experienced finance professional into a senior FP&A role. This is a broad and commercially focused position, providing financial insight and leadership across the group.

The role will be offered for an initial 6 month period with possibility for extension, based 3 days per week from our clients offices in Harrogate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the group, including monthly KPI packs, board reporting, and consolidated budgets
• Develop and maintain reporting systems and financial models to support decision making and scenario planning
• Provide insight and recommendations on business performance to directors and senior stakeholders
• Support group-wide projects including reporting improvements, system changes, acquisitions, or disposals
• Partner with site accountants and provide guidance to ensure robust financial reporting across sites
• Produce forecasts, business plans, and ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives

Candidate profile

• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills, comfortable working with large, complex datasets
• Experience in multi-site or hospitality/leisure sectors is advantageous

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
