Interim Group Accountant - Hiring Fast

Top 10 ACA with Group Consolidations and Year-End experience sought for a highly demanding year end role,

Local enough to be in the office 2 days per week in Oxfordshire.

Description

This is a demanding and challenging position that requires an individual willing to "put the hours in" to deliver the Year-End.

Our client has grown by acquisition with entities not fully integrated we are looking for a hands on and detail orientated individual who can manage consolidations in a stressful/ deadline driven environment.

Day to day include:

• Preparation of the group consolidation and statutory accounts.
• Deliver Revenue Recognition paper
• Lead Audit Liaison, ensure successful delivery
• Provide technical accounting advice to senior leadership, and contribute to:
  • Group Cash forecasting
  • Working Capital
• Manage process for group VAT return.
• P11d and PSA returns
• Monthly accounting for group entities.

Profile

Degree educated

Qualified Accountant (Top 10 ACA preferred)

Audit experience and experience in high pressure environment.

Group Consolidation experience for an international business

Delivery of statutory accounts in a demanding environment

Excellent UK GAAP/ FRS120 technical knowledge

Experience of large corporate global business

This role would suit an ACA qualified accountant with experience in preparing group statutory accounts for a global business.
