Meraki Talent are exclusively supporting with an Interim Head of Finance based in Edinburgh paying £70,000 - £80,000.

The Opportunity

This thriving SME business is currently formulating a permanent senior finance role, and looking for interim support to cover the period between the creation of the position, the interviewing process and notice period.

The position of Interim Head of Finance is a highly varied and exposed role that will be involved in all aspects of finance including.

• Board reporting & integration
• Financial accounting
• Management accounting
• Commercial finance
• Balance sheet integrity
• Taxation & VAT returns
• Overseeing transactional finance & a robust month-end close

On Offer

We are looking to hire an individual that will provide a minimum of 3 months commitment, although likely this could be mutually agreeable to extend to 4-6 months. The position is based in Edinburgh with strong flexible & hybrid working, and will offer a salary of £70,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience.

Candidate Profile

Firstly, applicants must be available to start the assignment within 0-2 weeks.

Secondly, applicants must be qualified Accountants that have experience of operating in senior finance roles (Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Financial Controller) within a SME environment.
