An education organisation are looking for an Interim HR Manager to join for 3-6 months initially. This is a standalone role to manage 2 schools, managing the full employee lifecycle. The role is based in London.

An Interim HR Manager to:

Lead the full employee lifecycle and deliver organisational transformation work for the school
Strong track record of leading complex employee relations and organisational change within the education or public sector over a short period.
The role will focus on addressing a number of historically inherited priorities
Strengthening safer recruitment compliance and resolving historic gaps.
Reviewing and improving absence management processes.
Supporting organisational restructuring and workforce change.
Auditing and ensuring compliance of the Single Central Record (SCR).
Reviewing contracts, policies and HR procedures to ensure statutory compliance.
Supporting employee relations casework and improving management practice.
Helping establish sustainable HR systems, governance and workforce planning.
This is a hands-on project role requiring someone who is pragmatic, highly organised and confident working in a fast-paced school environment alongside senior leaders.Profile

An Interim HR Manager with:

Ideally on the DBS update service
Available to start mid to end of August
Full employee lifecycle HR experience
Experience working in the Education sector and experience of leading on the SCR and safer recruitmentJob Offer
