Develop and implement a Wellbeing strategy that aligns to the organisations needs
Develop a Wellbeing road-map / plan
Develop Wellbeing strategies to align to the organisations strategic objectives
Support the development and implementation of a reward strategyProfile

A Interim HR Wellbeing and Reward Consultant with:

Experience in developing and implementing Wellbeing strategies: essential
Experience in developing Wellbeing initiatives
Experience in developing and implementing a reward strategy: desirable
Experience in the Higher Education space: desirable
Able to start at short noticeJob Offer

Up to £600 per day dependent on experience
