About the Opportunity; My client, a fast growing, purpose led organisation in the care sector are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join their HR team. This role will provide strategic and hands-on support to regional senior stakeholders, driving key priorities and acting as a catalyst for continuous improvement and change initiatives. As a trusted HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the people agenda, supporting transformation programs, embedding best practices, and enhancing organisational effectiveness during a critical period of change and modernisation.
Key Responsibilities Include;
Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
Lead and support change initiatives across the region, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, talent planning, performance, and engagement.
Deliver on key HR initiatives and key transformation activities.
Identify and address workforce challenges with data-driven, practical solutions.
Build capability across leadership teams, influencing and coaching where needed.
Act as a change agent, championing a forward-thinking, agile people culture.
The ideal candidate;
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Consultant in a complex, regional environment.
Strong track record of leading through change, transformation, or restructuring.
Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at senior levels and build trusted partnerships.
Commercially aware, with excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
Strong understanding of employment law, organisational design, and people analytics.
Available to start at short notice and hit the ground running.

The role will require some travel to the north Yorkshire offices and is expected to be a 6-9 month contract.
