Interim Legal Counsel

Your new company
A Global leading ad-tech company providing advertising solutions to a broad range of brands, media agencies and publishers including a number of multinational, multi-billion-pound organisations. Based in London, the legal team is small and looking to grow. Their growth includes a new, incoming General Counsel with sector expertise, that this role will report into.

Your new role
Joining on an interim basis for an initial three months, you will be handling the ad-tech commercial contracts for the team. As Interim Legal Counsel, you will have exposure to commercial and tech matters including, but not limited, to NDAs, inventory procurement contracts and advertising campaign deals.

What you'll need to succeed
The team are looking for someone able to start as soon as possible with the ability to do the job from day one without too much onboarding. You will ideally be qualified to practise as a Lawyer, or have experience as a Legal Contract Manager, having worked in the UK previously. You will have strong commercial contract experience, ideally from the ad-tech space but the wider advertising/marketing/media sector will be considered.

This role is paying circa. £600-650 per day PAYE / Umbrella.
