What You'll Own:

Lead and inspire a top-tier payroll team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Redefine and refine payroll processes to drive accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Own relationships with finance, tax, reward, and third-party providers
Tackle complex requirements (think: executive pay, share schemes, shadow payrolls)
Be a driving force in payroll transformation and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience leading payroll at scale
Expert-level knowledge of UK legislation (ROI a bonus)
Advanced Excel and system know-how (ResourceLink? Even better!)
Sharp eye for detail, solutions-driven mindset, and exceptional people skills
A proactive self-starter who thrives under pressure and leads by example
