Interim Planned Delivery Manager

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based across Wiltshire, who are recruiting for an Interim Planned Delivery Manageron a temporary three monthcontract. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time and offers a competitive day rate.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in building surveying as well as health and safety and be willing to commute to Chippenham two times a week.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Overseeing the planning and delivery of major works, cyclical decoration, and improvement programmes
• Ensuring all works are delivered efficiently and meet relevant legislative and regulatory standards
• Proactively monitoring and managing budgets, adjusting where needed
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations
• Managing and supporting a team of surveyors and administrators to deliver programmes on time and to a high standard
• Leading on procurement and contract management to drive service improvements and cost efficiencies

Experience required:

• Experience of leading and managing technical colleagues
• Experience of managing major works programmes, tendering and schedule of rates

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Experience of applying CDM regulations
• Understanding of the Decent Homes Standard and HHSRS
