We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Planning Coordinator to join our Studio team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is an immediate requirement for a specialist who can step into a fast paced, high volume studio environment and make an impact from day one.

You will take the lead on planning and coordinating model photography across assigned departments, ensuring smooth end to end delivery. Alongside core planning responsibilities, you will manage and enhance workflow systems, providing forward visibility and actionable reporting that supports operational performance.

Coordinate operational planning of model imagery, ensuring product arrives on set efficiently and on schedule
Collaborate closely with Creative, Production and Styling teams to resolve challenges and remove delivery blockers

Provide day to day guidance to Planning Coordinators, helping to maintain clear priorities and aligned communication
Represent the planning function in meetings, escalating risks that may impact timelines or shoot quality
Technical expertise is essential
Advanced, expert level proficiency in Power BI and Asana
Strong experience producing complex reports and managing large scale workflows
Confident working with Airtable, Google Sheets or Excel
Mac literate, comfortable across Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Experience and personal attributes
Previous experience in a planning, operations or production role within a fast paced studio or creative environment
Exceptional organisation skills with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
Confident communicator who can work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
Proactive, positive and professional approach, comfortable working under pressure
Previous mentoring or informal leadership experience would be advantageous
This is a key role during a critical period for the studio. You will play a central part in ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to longer term planning and performance improvements. You will work closely with creative, styling, photography and production teams, influencing how the studio operates through insight and structure.
If you are immediately available and ready to bring expert level reporting capability into a busy studio environment, we would love to hear from you.
