£27.61 an hour + Milage Paid

Sheffield (home working, office and site-based)

Temp for three months

We are seeking an experienced Interim Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential schemes across Sheffield and Derbyshire.

Key duties of the Property Manager include:

Scheme and estate inspections
Compliance visits, including fire door checks
Service charge management and enquiries
Liaison with residents, contractors and stakeholders
Supporting planned maintenance and major works
Ensuring leasehold and health & safety complianceThe successful Property Manager will have:

Block, estate, or leasehold property management
Strong service charge knowledge (essential)
Section 20 consultation experience (desirable)
