We are looking for an Interim Quality Practitioner to support a key quality improvement programme and help prepare the business for an upcoming certification audit. This is an urgent requirement, with an immediate start available for an initial 3–6 month contract based 100% on-site in Weymouth.
In this role, you will work closely with the wider business to review and improve the existing Change Management process, carry out gap analysis, and implement effective quality improvements. You will also be responsible for planning and leading internal audits, ensuring documentation and quality systems are fully audit-ready, driving corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement activities across the organisation.
A key part of the assignment will involve working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and training on quality processes, and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 requirements. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence teams within a regulated manufacturing environment are essential.

Experience of delivering training and working effectively with stakeholders across different functions is also required.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional who is available at short notice and enjoys delivering practical improvements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
