Interim Recruitment Advisor

Interim Recruitment Advisor | 3 months FTC - Immediate Start | Birmingham - Hybrid | £35K to £45K

Our client, a well-established and respected organisation, is seeking an experienced Interim Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional to support a busy in-house talent function during a period of increased hiring activity.

Working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient end-to-end recruitment service across a range of professional and operational vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment advice.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
Screen applications, conduct candidate interviews, and coordinate assessment processes.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
Manage agency relationships where required and ensure recruitment costs are controlled.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Ensure all recruitment activity complies with relevant legislation and company policies.Candidate Requirements

Proven experience within an internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment advisory role.
Strong experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to influence and challenge hiring managers where appropriate.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
