Description

Manage the daily operations of retirement living schemes, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Supervise and support the team to provide excellent care and housing services to residents.
Ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet regulatory standards.
Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance and repairs as needed.
Keep accurate records and reports related to property management and resident services.
Respond to resident queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in implementing policies and procedures to improve service delivery.

A successful Retirement Living Team Lead should have:
