Pharmacy2U is seeking an Interim Talent Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support our dynamic Talent team. This role will focus on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and driving talent attraction initiatives to meet our evolving business needs during this period.
The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, deliver a seamless candidate experience, and ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including job requisition, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
Source and attract diverse candidates using creative sourcing methods and digital platforms.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data protection regulations.
Support employer branding initiatives and promote Pharmacy2U as an employer of choice.
Track recruitment metrics and report on progress against hiring targets.
Collaborate with People & Culture colleagues to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment ideally within healthcare / tech
Strong stakeholder management and consultancy skills, with ability to influence and guide hiring managers.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within fixed timelines.
Knowledge of data protection standards, and best recruitment practices.
