The Role:
Lead a technical team in a food manufacturing company.
Ensure quality and technical excellence throughout production.
Be a confident leader who thrives with autonomy.

You'll Need:
Proven experience in food manufacturing (technical & quality).
Strong understanding of food production processes.
Experience with BRC 9.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
