Interim TUPE Lead

A not-for-profit organisation are looking for an Interim TUPE Lead to join for a 6 month period. The role is to lead on a TUPE in process for a new contract that has been acquired. The role is based in London, with 2 days a week in the office.

Description

An Interim TUPE Lead to:

- Lead one main TUPE in transfer process, including due diligence, consultation, legal risks and post integration activities.

- Support the planning and delivery of TUPE transfers

- Manage TUPE project plans and timelines

- Partner with employees and managers to ensure a smooth process

- Coordinate the process

- Support with admin duties and issuing letters, contracts, right to work checks

- Prepare documents and letters as well as attend consultation meetings

- Respond to queries regarding the TUPE process

Profile

An Interim TUPE Lead with:

- Previous experience managing TUPE processes

- Good stakeholder management

- Previous project coordination experience

- Able to start immediately or at short notice

Job Offer

Interim TUPE Lead

6 month role

Up to £30 per hour

Open to a 4 day working week, with a higher hourly rate

London based with hybrid working
