Interim Turnaround Manager

Domus Recruitment are working with an established provider who are seeking an experienced Interim Turnaround Manager to support a service through a period of significant improvement and turnaround.

This Interim Turnaround Manager role is a great opportunity for an experienced manager with a strong background in adult social care, quality improvement and service turnaround, who can step into a challenging environment and provide confident, visible leadership from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the team to provide safe, person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes
Take responsibility for driving service improvement and supporting the service through a period of turnaround
Ensure the service meets CQC, regulatory and internal quality, compliance and safety standards
Identify areas of risk and implement robust action plans to address service improvement requirements
Provide strong, visible leadership and support the team through change
Build positive relationships with the people supported, families, colleagues and external stakeholders
Manage recruitment, induction, training, supervision and performance management effectively
Work closely with senior management to provide updates on progress, risks and improvement activity
Ensure appropriate CQC evidence, documentation and governance processes are maintainedRequirements:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a CQC-regulated adult social care service
Proven experience of turnaround, service improvement or managing services through significant change
Strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding, quality and regulatory requirements
Confident leading teams within challenging or high-pressure environments
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, resilient and solution-focused approach to service management
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care, or a commitment to achieve this
