Job Description - Intermediate Estimator

Intermediate Estimator

Our client a reputable subcontractor within the internal fit-out industry are now looking to appoint an Estimator to join their experienced team and assist in the pricing of multi-million-pound tenders and packages.

With a current turnover of almost Â£40 Million pounds, our client works across both the commercial and residential sector with a portfolio of bespoke projects completed.

This is an ideal role for an individual or trainee Estimator who wants to take the next step in their career and progress forward.

Responsibilities:

â¢ Downloading and setting up tender documents

â¢ Updating tender log

â¢ Bid coordination

â¢ chasing quotes

â¢ Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors

Key Experience:

â¢ Knowledge of interior fit out

â¢ Proficient in Excel, Knowledge of Oncentre or Conquest advantageous

â¢ Strong negotiation skills

â¢ Ability to read drawings and understand from a technical perspective
