Internal Account Manager

Our client are currently looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their fast-growing & friendly business. They are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious individual who would like an opportunity to build their career. You will be joining a team of fellow Internal Account Managers, analysing data from bills and using their CRM system to prepare reports for B2B customers, as well as maintaining a healthy relationship with their clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse billing data
• Prepare proposals to compare energy prices from a variety of energy suppliers
• Liaise with customers where required
• Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the industry market
• Develop an in-depth understanding of a variety of CRM system reports and dashboards
• Hold weekly 'update’ calls with key internal stakeholders
• Prepare opportunity reports for key internal stakeholders

Skills and experience required:

• Educated to degree level (Although not essential)
• Numeric and analytical
• Ability to solve detailed problems and use own initiative
• Good communication skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Ability to have fun!
