Elevation Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a confident and results-driven Account Manager to join our Client's team. This role involves making proactive outbound sales calls to commercial accounts. You will work closely with and support an external Area Sales Manager to grow existing business and develop new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales or customer service environment, with a proven ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone. We're looking for someone who is motivated by targets and performance-based incentives, with the ambition to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound & outbound sales calls to commercial clients across various sectors
• Support the external Area Sales Manager in managing and developing accounts
• Identify new sales opportunities and follow up leads
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role
• IT literate with experience using CRM systems
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Tenacious, proactive, and able to think quickly and adapt
• Motivated by incentives and career progression
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
