Job Description - Internal Account Manager

An established and growing interior design business is seeking a Internal Account Manager, This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step into a role within a supportive and ambitious team environment.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within the business.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery while supporting sales growth through, product focuses, upselling, and cross-selling activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

· Manage customer accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

· Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

· Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports

· Coordinate with external sales teams, customer service, and operations departments

· Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction levels

· Maintain accurate customer records using Pipedrive CRM

· Identify opportunities to increase account value and customer retention

· Support the wider sales team in achieving business targets

Skills & Experience Required

· Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· Strong sales and negotiation abilities

· Experience using CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive

· Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively

· Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem-solving

· Strong attention to detail and administrative skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

LS22 and fully office based

£35,000 and company sales bonus
