Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive internal audit plan.
Identify, assess and report on key risks to the organisation.
Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
Provide actionable recommendations to address identified risks and improve processes.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on risk management strategies.
Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes affecting the transport and distribution sector.Profile

A successful Internal Audit & Risk Manager should have:

A professional qualification in ACA
Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies and risk management practices.
Experience in the infrastructure industry or a similar sector.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
