INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER

SF Recruitment are proud to be working with a well-established, growing group with international operations is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join its central function. This is a senior-level opportunity to lead high-impact audits and shape risk and control frameworks across a complex, multi-entity organisation.
Working closely with the Director of Internal Audit, you will lead a varied portfolio of audit and risk work, manage co-sourced teams, support governance reporting, and help implement a new risk and controls system across the group.
Key requirements:
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, IIA or equivalent)
- Significant experience in internal audit, risk, and controls
- Comfortable operating across international markets and with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on, analytical, and commercially minded
