• Leading the planning and implementation of internal audits.
• Ensuring all financial procedures and controls are maintained and up-to-date.
• Preparing and presenting audit findings to management.
• Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
• Developing and implementing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
• Working closely with various departments to optimise best practices.
• Providing training and guidance to audit team members.
• Staying informed of industry trends and changes in regulations.

Profile

A successful Internal Audit Senior should have:

• An academic background in Accounting & Finance or a similar field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of audit procedures and regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
