Robert Walters - Internal Auditor - Permanent - Hybrid - Solihull - £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Our client, a large and well-established business with significant opportunities for career progression, is looking for an Internal Auditor to join their growing team. This is an excellent first move into industry for someone coming out of practice, offering strong development, exposure to the wider business, and a supportive environment that values growth and collaboration.

• Deliver risk-based internal audits across a wide range of business areas.

• Identify, evaluate, and make recommendations to improve internal controls and processes.

• Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to embed robust risk management practices.

• Produce clear, high-quality audit reports for senior management.

• Support wider risk, compliance, and improvement projects within the business.

• Contribute to building a strong audit framework and continuous improvement culture.

• ACA, ACCA - ideally trained in practice

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
