Internal Sales  | Business Development Executive | Clear progression opportunities

This is an opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join a reputable lender in the specialist property sector: You’ll generate and qualify new lending opportunities while developing relationships with brokers, developers, investors and other property professionals.

You’ll work closely with experienced Business Development Managers, underwriting and operations, gaining exposure to the full lending journey. With structured product training and progression into Business Development or credit available in future, there is a clear path to develop your career.

Package & Benefits

£35,000–£38,000 per annum basic salary.
Quarterly performance bonus with OTE linked to performance.

You’ll join a growing specialist property finance lender with an established reputation in the property market. The business operates a collaborative sales environment, with Internal Sales working closely alongside Business Development, underwriting and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn outreach and marketing leads.
Build relationships with brokers, property developers, investors, introducers and other property professionals.
Qualify enquiries, identify suitable funding opportunities and introduce qualified prospects to the Business Development team.
Manage your sales pipeline and work towards agreed lead generation, appointment and revenue targets.About You

Ideally, you will have previous internal sales experience within specialist property lending such as Bridging, Development Finance, Commercial Mortgages or Specialist Buy to Let. However, we are also open to ambitious individuals who are eager to develop a career in this sector and have a background in mortgage advisory, as a broker, case management or a similar role within financial services / lending.If you’re looking to develop your career within specialist property finance, we’d be happy to discuss the role even if your CV isn’t fully up to date.
