We’re setting up a brand-new team in Gloucestershire and we’re looking for experienced colleagues from the North East to help get things off the ground.

You’ll play a key role in setting up the home, supporting a child as they settle in, and showing new local recruits the ropes. With your experience and steady presence, you’ll help shape a safe, welcoming environment right from the start.

This isn’t a permanent move, but it’s more than just a quick trip. We’re asking for a solid commitment - long enough to help the new team find their feet. Once they’re confident and established, we’ll look to grow again and build on the strong start you helped create.

We’re looking for people who:
• Are happy to travel to Gloucestershire, sometimes at short notice
• Feel confident supporting children and mentoring new teammates
• Enjoy rolling up their sleeves to help create a stable, supportive home
