Internal Communications Administrator
Location: 5 days onsite in Wembley
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum

Strategic Impact - Help shape our future communication strategy and become the architect of our brand awareness

Leadership Partnership - Work directly with our Senior Management Team as their "go-to" engagement expert

What You'll Own

Digital Leadership - Create, manage, and elevate our social media presence across all platforms
Strategic Communications - Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies
Community Building - Identify and drive staff and community engagement opportunities
Brand Development - Increase business visibility and strengthen our market position
Stakeholder Relations - Build strong relationships with senior leadership and external partners

What We're Looking For

Communication Champion - Natural storyteller with excellent written and verbal skills
Digital Native - Social media savvy with understanding of modern engagement strategies
Proactive Leader - Self-starter who spots opportunities and drives initiatives forward
Relationship Builder - Ability to connect with people at all levels, from colleagues to community leaders
Strategic Thinker - Can balance day-to-day execution with long-term vision
