We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized Internal Communications Manager to lead our employee communications, with a heavy emphasis on driving our business transformation agenda. This role is initially offered on a 6 month FTC and we are ideally looking for someone available immediately or within 4 weeks.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our core internal comms and our critical change initiatives. A significant portion of your time will be spent partnering with Programme Sponsors, People Partners and Transformation Management Office (TMO), ensuring all change initiatives are seamlessly coordinated, creatively executed, and clearly understood by our 330 UK & IRE based colleagues.
