Internal Communications Manager

Job DescriptionPublic Sector organisation needs an experienced Internal Communications professional to join their Communications and Marketing team and help professionise their IC programme. Putting in place a regular drum beat of comms and support leadership engagement during a period of change and growth. Reporting to the Head of the Internal Communications specific responsibilities include:Working with senior leadership team on engagement and visibility programmesReview channels and develop / introduce new ways to communicate with networkEnsure a regular drumbeat of commsEnsure comms is engaging audiences and messages are in context and aligned with other projects and change comms programmesDevelop and execute campaigns with wider comms team Work across the business to educate on what good communications can do and develop relationshipsMust have previous internal communications manager level experience and strong writing skills. There is flex working with this role but expect to be in office 1 - 2 days a week.Due to a high volume of applicants, we are unable to respond to everyone.
