Internal Communications Partner - Interim

Location: Dacorum
On-site Requirement: 3 days per week
Contract Length: 6 months
Rate: £350 per day
Reporting to: Head of HR

Resourcing4HR are delighted to be hiring an Interim Communications Partner to join a high-performing HR team and lead internal communications for a major industrial business unit within a manufacturing / engineering business. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver an impactful communication strategy during a period of exciting change and growth.

• Develop and implement an internal communications plan that reaches all levels of the organisation—from shop floor to senior leadership.

• Partner with stakeholders across the site and the wider manufacturing / engineering business group to deliver consistent, engaging communications.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives including briefings, newsletters, surveys, and group-wide events like roadshows and updates.

• Manage communication responses to sensitive or crisis situations.

• Provide limited external communications support for activities like government site visits and funding bids.

• Proven success in internal communications within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including working cross-functionally and leading without authority.

• Ability to coach managers and lead communication efforts across multiple channels.

• Comfortable working with senior leaders and external suppliers to deliver high-quality content.
