Internal Customer Service Advisor

Client Services Advisor
Salary Up to £28K (DOE) plus monthly bonus
Mon - Friday 8am -5pm, fully onsite

Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated client services advisor to join their Glasgow team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent service, an understanding of the sales process and ideally a strong understanding of the building products industry. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our business for years to come.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding our product range.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building products industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of masonry products and construction industry trends is a plus.
