Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

In this vital position, you’ll take ownership of interpreting technical schedules, preparing accurate quotations, and liaising with internal departments and suppliers to ensure a seamless and timely client experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret door schedules and architectural drawings to identify required specifications.
• Complete and submit Pre-Qualification Schedules (PQS) based on client input and internal tools.
• Populate pricing tools with accurate measurements and data.
• Source and integrate supplier quotes swiftly and accurately.
• Maintain effective communication with sales teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Log, track, and manage CRM updates, ensuring high-quality data accuracy.
• Take responsibility for responding to client enquiries quickly and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and contribute to gross profit (GP) targets.
