This is not a traditional PR role.

This is an opportunity to step into something bigger, faster and more visible — where you’ll use AI to create, scale and shape how Epos Now shows up globally 🌍

You’ll work directly with the CEO and COO, own key channels, and turn ideas into real output at speed ⚡

What you’ll be doing

• Build an AI agent (and then a team of agents) to support PR, content and execution 🤖


• Turn strategy into consistent media, content and distribution


• Create press releases, commentary and thought leadership using AI ✍️


• Support CEO and senior leaders with personal brand and media presence


• Turn merchant stories into real business outcomes (revenue, cost, efficiency) 📈


• Manage partner relationships and support joint campaigns


• Own PR and branding Slack channels 💬


• Manage PR calendar, coverage tracking and performance


• Support crisis communications and key announcements

This role is about execution and output — moving quickly and getting things done.

What we’re looking for

• A strong communicator who can write clearly and quickly


• Someone proactive who doesn’t wait for direction


• Curious about AI and already using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot (or keen to learn fast) 🤖


• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities


• Comfortable working with senior leaders


• Commercially aware — you understand what drives revenue and growth
