You’ll work directly with the CEO and COO, own key channels, and turn ideas into real output at speed ⚡
What you’ll be doing
Build an AI agent (and then a team of agents) to support PR, content and execution 🤖
Turn strategy into consistent media, content and distribution
Create press releases, commentary and thought leadership using AI ✍️
Support CEO and senior leaders with personal brand and media presence
Turn merchant stories into real business outcomes (revenue, cost, efficiency) 📈
Manage partner relationships and support joint campaigns
Own PR and branding Slack channels 💬
Manage PR calendar, coverage tracking and performance
Support crisis communications and key announcements
This role is about execution and output — moving quickly and getting things done.
What we’re looking for
A strong communicator who can write clearly and quickly
Someone proactive who doesn’t wait for direction
Curious about AI and already using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot (or keen to learn fast) 🤖
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working with senior leaders
Commercially aware — you understand what drives revenue and growth
