Headquartered near Warrington, they are on a mission to deliver smarter, more sustainable energy solutions worldwide - and that means hiring brilliant people at pace.

This is a recruitment heavy role, perfect for someone with solid experience in talent acquisition who wants to transition into a broader HR pathway over time. You’ll be joining a journey; not everything is in place (yet), and the pace can be chaotic, but if you thrive in a dynamic environment where evolution is constant, this could be your ideal next step.

Responsibilities will include:

• Full Recruitment Lifecycle - managing end-to-end hiring, interviewing candidates, providing regular progress updates...
• Stakeholder Management - act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, advise on salary benchmarking and market insights…
• Global Collaboration & Compliance - stay aware of regional legal and cultural employment practices (eg. Germany v Hong Kong working norms), support fair and inclusive hiring…
• HR Exposure & Development - here’s scope to get involved in wider HR work; from onboarding experience to policy alignment - you’ll broaden your skillset beyond recruitment
