Job Description - Internal Recruiter

Job Title: Internal Recruiter
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Job Type: Full Time
Reports to: Founder/Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to support our recruitment team in attracting, screening, and onboarding top talent. This role involves a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with posting job vacancies on internal and external job boards, social media platforms, and company website
Screen applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates based on predefined criteria
Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers
Prepare interview materials and communicate interview details to candidates
Maintain and update Bullhorn database
Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification processes
Draft offer letters and assist with the onboarding process
Handle general recruitment correspondence and provide timely responses to candidate inquiries
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

Experience as an Internal Recruiter or Technology Recruitment Consultant
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Bullhorn is a plus
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
