WSR is recruiting for an Internal Recruiter for our reputable client in Milton Keynes.

Job Title: Internal Recruiter – Engineering & Technical Recruitment
Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid working (3 day in office p/w) 
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE, plus benefits
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm/9am to 5:30pm – 4:30pm finish on Fridays

We're looking for an Internal Recruiter to join a growing team focused on sourcing highly skilled engineering and technical contractors across the UK and Europe. This is a delivery-focused role where your success is measured by the quality of talent you identify and engage, not sales activity.

Internal Recruiter Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing specialist engineering and technical contractors across the UK and Europe
Utilising LinkedIn, job boards and advanced search techniques to identify hard-to-find talent
Screening CVs against detailed technical requirements
Managing candidate relationships, engagement and rate negotiations
Coordinating assessments, compliance documentation and onboarding processes
Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines within specialist engineering sectors

Internal Recruiter Skills, Experience & Attributes:

3+ years' recruitment experience
Ideally with a background recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, technical or industrial sectors 
Proven track record in recruitment / candidate resourcing, preferably on an international basis
Contract recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
Strong sourcing, candidate engagement and delivery skills
Organised, professional and detail-oriented approach
A stable and reliable career history
