As an internal recruitment consultant at index, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and nurturing top talent to fuel our business growth.

Your role will include; Developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to meet our evolving talent needs.

Identify top talent candidates using the ATS system and Linked In for live roles globally for our 8 brands.

Approach passive candidates by headhunting & sending personalised messages on Linked In.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and goals.

Managing the full recruitment cycle efficiently following our world-class processes.

Setting and achieving ambitious goals and targets.

Represent our business to candidates that align with our company culture and values.
