We have taken a new and exciting role for a wonderful company based in North West London.
Due to expanse they are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join them.
Please note this is a full time pure office based role (no hybrid working).
Duties Include:
- Writing appealing job specs and advertising the job vacancies
- Dealing with all applications coming in and sending rejection and acceptance emails
- Monitor successful applications and arranging interviews
- Conduct first stage interviews with candidates
- Dealing with job / contract offers and necessary paper work
- Completing DBS and referencing checks
- Ensure all HR related correspondence is in place and filed accurately
- Other related admin tasks
You must have strong IT skills, have a professional manner and be confident dealing with people face to face and over the telephone.
Salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 + benefits and career development opportunities!
