We have a brand new exciting role for an Internal Recrtuitment Coordinator to join a woderful health & social care organisation in the Wandsworth area.
This role will suit a wide array of candidates from experienced Recruiters looking to get away from the tedious sale targets into a more service delivery role as well as people that have worked in a Recruitment support role, looking to step up.
We can only consider applicants that have a minimum of 1+ years, recent recruitment experience.
The role will be varied and fast paced and will involve:
- Create eye catching job specs to attract care staff
- Deal with incoming CV's including declining candidates and short lisiting
- Utilise the full resources available to you to hire staff including advertising, job boards, marketing, local job fayres and other resoucres
- Carry out interviews and ensuring all relevant legal documentation is in place including references and DBS checks
- Dealing with job offers and full onboarding activities
- Liaise with Trainers to book new staff inductions
- Extensive compliance and quality based administrative work
What we require:
- At least 1 year of UK based recruitment experience
- Live within close proximity to Wandsworth
- Someone that is a real team player, likes to be part of a busy team and is driven toi succeed
- Have an innovative mind and be able to think outside the box
This is a permanent, full time role and will be fully office based (no hybrid) and the salary will range from £27,000 - £32,000 + a host of great benefits and good career development opportunities.
