Location - Northampton

Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours - Full-time, Monday - Friday

What You’ll Be Doing:

You'll be at the heart of our operations, providing vital support that helps everything run smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating office tasks such as preparing quotes, processing and progressing orders.
  
  
• Supporting the external sales team with administrative and sales-related tasks.
  
  
• Handling customer queries with professionalism and care.
  
  
• Engaging in internal sales activities and supporting new opportunities.
  
  
• Contributing to the team's goals and sharing in our success.

The Ideal Candidate:

Our client is looking for someone who brings energy, accuracy, and a customer-first attitude. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Strong communication skills – written and spoken
  
  
• Experience in customer service via email and phone
  
  
• Confidence working both independently and within a team
  
  
• Great organisation and attention to detail
  
  
• Solid IT skills, including MS Office
  
  
• Sales experience is a plus, but not essential – they will provide full training
