We’re working on behalf of a leading logistics business based in Redditch, seeking a confident and experienced Internal Sales Assistant to join their growing team.

This role is perfect for someone with a freight/logistics background who enjoys speaking to customers, thrives in a sales environment, and understands the world of shipping and customs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls

• Supporting the external sales team with quotes and shipment coordination

• Maintaining strong client relationships

• Using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to manage communications and reports

• Managing import/export documentation and customs processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in freight/logistics - essential!

• Confident communicator with customer service/sales experience

• Strong IT skills, especially Excel

• Knowledge of customs and shipping procedures

• Organised and self-motivated approach
