Job Description - Internal Sales

Competitive salary of £34,000 - £35,000 Plus Quartly bonus
Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced professional looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced and rewarding environment?

Talent Guardian are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join a team based in Ferndown. You will play a vital role in managing accounts and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts on a day-to-day basis, ensuring client satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with both existing and new customers.
Collaborate effectively as part of a team and work independently when required.
Multitask and prioritise workloads in a high-pressure environment.
Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating strong listening skills and a professional telephone manner.
Achieve monthly performance targets.
Negotiate sales terms and pricing with customers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest products and offerings.
Demonstrate strong time management skills.
