We’re currently working with a leading electrical wholesaler based close to Nuneaton who are looking to bring an experienced Internal Salesperson on board. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, successful branch that values product knowledge, great customer service, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and trade counter
• Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• Providing technical support and accurate product information
• Preparing quotes and processing orders efficiently
• Working closely with the external sales team to maximise business opportunities
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market trends

Requirements:
• Proven experience in internal sales within the electrical wholesale sector is essential
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and organised approach to sales and customer service
• Experience using CRM systems and sales software is a plus
