Internal Sales

We’re hiring a Quotations/Internal Sales Coordinator to manage and deliver accurate, timely quotes while supporting the internal sales process. If you’ve worked in the energy or industrial lifting sector and know your way around quotation and customer service, we’d love to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to quotation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
• Prepare quotations using CRM/ERP systems and follow through to order placement
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and production to gather technical and pricing details
• Track and follow up on open quotes, supporting the external sales team
• Maintain up-to-date customer records, pricing data, and quotation history
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with procurement to manage availability
• Assist with reporting, forecasting, and margin analysis

What You’ll Need

• Experience in quotations, estimating, or internal sales
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and task prioritisation
• Clear, confident communication skills
• Background in energy, industrial, or manufacturing sectors preferred
